Great value, great learning experience, fun day Let’s start with fabulous! We, 2 couples/friends were picked up at our hotel in OIE, on time by Akis, our guide for the day. We stopped for one other couple then on to 2wineries and the most fabulous family owned restaurant at the southern tip of the island, to learn secrets of traditional Greek dishes. Akis took pictures of us and many for his spouse and their family business (;>). Go with Golden Ibex, great value, great time.

Amazing wine and food day Amani picked us up from our hotel and gave us an incredible guided day visiting 2 beautiful wineries including tastings and then drove us up to a tavern to cook a beautiful meal with the owner. The views from the meal were stunning.

Fantastic experience! We really enjoyed this experience! Our guide, Akis was fantastic! We learned a lot about Greek wines and had fun creating a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. In addition, he provided lots insight about the island and offered suggestions of things to do while we were there. This culinary adventure exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!

Be sure to sign up for this one with Amani! We did a private 4-hour Wine Tasting & Food Pairing tour with Amani visiting 3 wineries .... it was absolutely fantastic! From the convenient pick up at our hotel, Amani was soooo nice! As she was driving to our first stop, Estate Argyros, she gave us a delicious Greek sesame "ring" treat for a quick snack, in addition to a map of the island. Our guide at Argyros was terrific, and the wine & food pairings were just amazing!! Then we were off to the Gavalas winery, so different from Argyros, but the guide and wine & food pairings were great as well .... we even got to meet the owner who is a friend of Amani! Our last stop was at Faros (down near the Lighthouse) where we met the delightful owner / "chef". We got to tour her property, while she made us the most delicious meal. We couldn't finish all of it; but we will never forget her homemade wine & so delicious freshly made tomato fritters!! What a FABULOUS tour .... it was definitely a highlight of our first trip to Santorini; we learned so many interesting facts about the island & "the locals" ....Thanks again, Amani !!

Amazing wine tour with cooking class. 10 out of 10. Absolutely amazing day spent visiting wineries and capped off with an authentic, truly splended and fun cooking class. Our guide for the day was incredible, sharing many many facts about the island, culture, and places to see. The cooking class was very interactive and all of the food was incredible. Definitely come hungry. Highly highly recommend this tour!!!
